E-Prescribing and Formulary

ICEMEDX’s e-Prescribing helps you formulate and transmit medication prescriptions and orders. Our e-prescribing will notify your physicians and pharmacist with warnings and alerts at the point of care, and perform systematic checks against the patient's current medications for drug-drug interactions, drug-allergy interactions, diagnoses, body weight, age, drug appropriateness, and correct dosing.

Your physicians gain the benefits of writing scripts from any web-enabled device, where you can also transmit the prescription to the patient’s desired pharmacy in-network or out-of-network (using HIE).

Your pharmacist who are in-network or out-of-network will gain all the benefits from our e-prescribing, EHR and PHR solutions, and have the ability to instantly communicate with the prescribing practitioner and the patient’s care team to resolve dispensing conflicts.

In addition, we will maintain your drug database, medical history, and formulary list of medications.

Paper Personal Record Conversion

With “Social Distancing” on the rise, it is vital that your past and present medical history be available and accessible for review.

To assist with maintaining your health records we will find and import your previous paper medical records and make them available for you to share with your healthcare providers.

Physician Credentialing

The ICEMEDX credentialing process consist of verifying the background and expertise of healthcare providers which include the following individual physicians’, hospitals and facilities who apply to operate as an ICEMEDX in-network healthcare provider.

Our credentialing team determines if applicants are allowed specific clinical data privileges to manage healthcare services on our network. During this process, we verify the provider's education, training, credentials and experience.

To get started, the provider must register and submit a credentialing application describing their training and qualifications to treat patients in their specialty area.

After approval of a provider’s credentialing membership, they will be listed as an in-network provider. Denial or failure to complete the credentialing process will result in your inability to fully use our products and services. Please contact our customer service support for more detailed information on this process.

Health Informatic Registries

ICEMEDX’s Health Status Registry provides your organization with direct access to clinical results from clinical data collection, registry campaigns and meta-analysis data mining that will help the overall process of surveillance, and health status of the population. Our registry Apps collect clinical information related to a wide range of disease classifications such as: HIV, Cancer, HEP B/C, VDRL, Diabetes, COVID-19 and more.

We design specific reports and application programming interfaces (APIs) for you that are exportable to preferred statistical programs used by your biostatistics team.
